Glass Openings

Glassworks will hold its annual Open House on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Glassworks studio located at 927 Rainier Ave. S, Seattle, WA. As in years past, music will be provided by Deems and guests will enjoy refreshments catered by Glassworks' hospitality clients. Starting at 5 p.m. and then at every half hour, the Glassworks team will present glass demonstrations that include how glass is cast, kiln-work, a gallery of new works and other Glassworks artistry techniques that contribute to the creation of the firm's trademark architectural works of art. As a special highlight to this year's event, there will be a drawing for a Glassworks Glass Bowl.
